Receptionist Admin Support I (April)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Efficiently performs administrative functions for the Corporate Affairs department including but not limited to: typing, filing, answering incoming calls, requisition of supplies, transmittal management etc.
Relays directives set by the Corporate Affairs Manager to all employees if instructed.
Ensures that all memos issued will be disseminated to all employees.
Coordinates the administrative needs of the employees.
Arrange reservations and other needs for special functions like meeting, training, etc.
Consolidates reports and monitors administrative expenses of the company. Prepares
properly accessible files.
